Academic journals serve not only as a platform for lecturers to share their research but also as a means of strengthening the university’s presence within the scholarly community, both nationally and internationally. Today, many journals published by the faculties, departments, and study programs of UIN Jakarta are already available online, offering broader opportunities for access and recognition.
To further this commitment, the UIN Jakarta E-Journal Portal was established as a unified platform to host and promote the university’s journals. Through this portal, UIN Jakarta seeks to expand readership, enhance publication quality, and support accreditation processes, positioning its journals for recognition at national and international levels.

Jurnal Ad-Dakwah is a biannually journal published by Master Da'wah Management Faculty of Da'wah and Communication UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in cooperation with Perkumpulan Ahli Manajemen Dakwah Indonesia (PAMDI). This journal exists as a means of publishing works with a focus in the field of da'wah management.
The scope of the journal includes dakwah management, da'wah strategies, da'wah administration, Hajj and Umrah management, zakat management, donations and alms, and Islamic Financial Management, p-ISSN: -, e-ISSN:-. Jurnal Ad-Dakwah has been procesed accreditedEvery received article should follow Author guideline. Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers. Ilmu Ushuluddin is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing critical and innovative scholarship in the field of Islamic theology. It explores the evolving discourse of Islamic knowledge, practice, and authority across historical periods and contemporary contexts. The journal invites contributions that engage substantively with Islam as an intellectual, ethical, and lived tradition. While rooted in classical disciplines—such as Quranic exegesis (tafsīr), Hadith studies, theology (kalām), philosophy, and Sufism (taṣawwuf)—the journal encourages new approaches that investigate texts and practices through modern critical perspectives, including but not limited to:

AHKAM : Jurnal Ilmu Syariah
Ahkam: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah is published by the Faculty of Sharia & Law UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Sharia Scientists and Scholars (HISSI). This scientific periodical specializes in the study of Islamic Law. Since 2019, the journal has been published twice a year in June and December.

Jurnal Kommunity Online is a peer-reviewed journal on community development. This journal is published by Islamic Community Development Study Program, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in collaboration with P2MI (Perkumpulan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam) and APSI (Asosiasi Pembangunan Sosial Indonesia). Jurnal Kommunity Online was accredited SINTA 5 by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic Indonesia based on Decree 152/E/KPT/2023. This journal has been published twice a year in June and December. Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of community development around the world to submit scholarly articles to be published in this journal. The Avicenna Medical Journal (AMedJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published biannually by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia.
AMedJ publishes original research and reviews in biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, medical education, Islamic perspectives in medicine, and genetic as well as biomolecular studies.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review with an average review time of eight weeks. Articles are published under a CC-BY-NC license, and an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 400,000 applies to accepted manuscripts.

The journal publishes legal research in various forms, including articles, cases, legislation, notes and commentaries, and book reviews, on themes related to legal research that offer in-depth commentary on Indonesian law and comparative law. The journal is published twice a year.

Applied Information System and Management (AISM)
Applied Information System and Management (AISM) is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal published by the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia collaborated (MoU) with the Association for Informatics and Computer Higher Education (APTIKOM), Indonesia.
Applied Information System and Management (AISM) aims to publish the research articles focused on the applied issues of Information Systems and its management. Its scope covers the application views of the development, implementation, evaluation, operation, management, policy, and strategy issues of Information Systems. We believe that the contribution of practical research indirectly also becomes a foothold in the development of theoretical (presenting new concepts and techniques) and methodological (reporting experimental experience in the problem-solving process) issues for the development of information systems science.
Applied Information System and Management (AISM) is published in English twice a year, (two issues/year, in May and October). AISM has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional-ARJUNA) in second rank (Sinta 2) of the six accreditation ranks by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia according to Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024 on 15 October 2024. This accreditation status has been valid for five years, starting in Vol. 6, No. 2 (2023) to Vol. 11, No. 1 (2028). The average time between article submission & publication is around four months.

Jurnal Penyuluhan Agama is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Islamic Extension Guidance Study Program (BPI) of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta which is designed to contribute in disseminating Science, Technology and Arts in the field of social religious guidance and extension. Jurnal Indo-Islamika is an academic journal published by the Graduate School of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The journal has been accredited as SINTA 2 and indexed in DOAJ, with the registered numbers P-ISSN: 2088-9445 and E-ISSN: 2723-1135. It is published biannually in collaboration with HIPIUS (The Association of Ushuluddin Community), supported by a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The journal aims to publish high-quality scholarly articles that focus on contextualized Islam, contributing to the advancement of Islamic thought and civilization in Indonesia and beyond. Its focus and scope include studies on Muslims’ beliefs, practices, movements, dynamics, case studies, and their social impacts. It embraces interdisciplinary approaches, particularly from Islamic studies, history, humanities, and the social sciences.
Since its establishment in 2000, Jurnal Indo-Islamika has played a significant role in enriching academic discourse on Islam in Indonesia. Since 2013, it has been managed using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, enabling authors, readers, editors, and reviewers to track manuscript status online and in real time. The journal continues to welcome submissions from academics, researchers, and practitioners for its upcoming issues through the OJS system or via email at indoislamika@uinjkt.ac.id.

Mimbar Agama Budaya
Mimbar Agama dan Budaya(ISSN 0854-5138) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Center for Research and Publication (PUSLITPEN), Research and Service Institute (LP2M) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in Partnership with Asosiasi Kajian Budaya Indonesia (AKBI) (click here to download MoU). The Journal disseminates religious and cultural studies based on the original research and current issues that underlie the value of tolerance and moderation. Mimbar Agama dan Budaya journal is published twice a year and focuses on interdisciplinary research results, especially studies on religion and culture related to the seven elements of culture, including Language, Knowledge Systems, Social Organization Systems, Living Equipment Systems, and Technology, Economic Systems/Livelihoods, Religion, and Art.
Other issues which are socially, culturally, and politically correlate to the Islamic and Muslim community development. Hereby, this journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars of related disciplines.
Mimbar Agama dan Budaya was published for the first time in 1981 in a fully printed version. Since 2019, this journal published in two versions: printing and fully open system, using the Open Journal System (OJS) management. Since 2024, this journal has published 8 articles per issue.
