Ilmu Ushuluddin is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by Peminat Ilmu Ushuluddin in collaboration with the Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This journal specializes in Quranic Studies, Hadith Studies, Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Mysticism, and Islamic Theology.

Ilmu Ushuluddin has been accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and the Higher Education Republic of Indonesia as a SINTA 2 academic journal (SK No. 200/M/KPT/2020).

Since 2021, the Ilmu Ushuluddin (IU) has changed fundamentally, both in its content and technically. First, IU only publishes articles in English. Second, technically, IU emerges in a one-column format, which was previously two-columns. Third, IU will be published in July and December, previously in January and July.
