Kalimatuna: Journal of Arabic Research is a forum for Arabic education researchers, intellectuals, and practitioners to publish and disseminate their original research and studies.
The journal is published online by the Department of Arabic Education (PBA) of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FITK), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in partnership with PP-PBA (Association of Arabic Education Departments), PPJKBA Indonesia (Association of Arabic Journal Managers), and IMLA (Arabic Teachers Association of Indonesia).
The primary scope and focus of the journal include: Alquran and Arabic language; Arabic linguistics studies in micro and macro terms; Balagah or Arabic stylistic; Language acquisitions of Arabic language; Pedagogical Arabic instructional as a foreign language and for non-native speaker; Policies on Arabic teaching.
Kalimatuna: Journal of Arabic Research is published twice a year. Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of Arabic Education to submit scholarly articles to be published through this journal. All articles will be reviewed by experts before accepted for publication.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to blind review process. This journal is an open access journal. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
