About the Journal

Jurnal Kommunity Online is a peer-reviewed journal on community development. This journal is published by Program Studi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in collaboration with P2MI (Perkumpulan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam) and APSI (Asosiasi Pembangunan Sosial Indonesia).  The aim of this journal is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community development. It contains various activities of the community development in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. 

Jurnal Kommunity Online was accredited SINTA 4 by Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic Indonesia based on Decree 0110/C3/DT.05.00/2026. This journal has been published twice a year in June and December. Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of community development around the world to submit scholarly articles to be published in this journal. All articles will be reviewed by experts before accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.
