Today, many journals published by the faculties, departments, and study programs of UIN Jakarta are already available online, offering broader opportunities for access and recognition.
To further this commitment, the e-Journal UIN Jakarta was established as a unified platform to host and promote the university’s journals. Through this portal, UIN Jakarta seeks to expand readership, enhance publication quality, and support accreditation processes, positioning its journals for recognition at national and international levels.

The Journal disseminates religious and cultural studies based on the original research and current issues that underlie the value of tolerance and moderation. Mimbar Agama dan Budaya journal is published twice a year and focuses on interdisciplinary research results, especially studies on religion and culture related to the seven elements of culture, including Language, Knowledge Systems, Social Organization Systems, Living Equipment Systems, and Technology, Economic Systems/Livelihoods, Religion, and Art.

Applied Information System and Management (AISM) aims to publish the research articles focused on the applied issues of Information Systems and its management. Its scope covers the application views of the development, implementation, evaluation, operation, management, policy, and strategy issues of Information Systems. We believe that the contribution of practical research indirectly also becomes a foothold in the development of theoretical (presenting new concepts and techniques) and methodological (reporting experimental experience in the problem-solving process) issues for the development of information systems science.
Applied Information System and Management (AISM) is published in English twice a year, (two issues/year, in May and October). AISM has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional-ARJUNA) in second rank (Sinta 2) of the six accreditation ranks by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia according to Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024 (certificate) on 15 October 2024. This accreditation status has been valid for five years, starting in Vol. 6, No. 2 (2023) to Vol. 11, No. 1 (2028). The average time between article submission & publication is around four months.

The Avicenna Medical Journal (AMedJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published biannually by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia.
AMedJ publishes original research and reviews in biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, medical education, Islamic perspectives in medicine, and genetic as well as biomolecular studies.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review with an average review time of eight weeks. Articles are published under a CC-BY-NC license, and an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 400,000 applies to accepted manuscripts.

Librarianship in Muslim Societies (P-ISSN:2961-8347; E-ISSN: 2961-8339) is a peer-reviewed and open-access scientific journal published by the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta in collaboration with ADIA (Asosiasi Dosen Ilmu-Ilmu Adab). This scientific journal is dedicated to publishing new research on all aspects of librarianship in Muslim societies, such as libraries and information science, archives, and museum. This journal aims to channel communication between universities or institutions and the public, consisting of academics, undergraduate and postgraduate students, practitioners, policymakers, and other parties interested in librarian research, library and information science, archives, galleries, and museums. This journal accepts research-based articles featuring well-designed studies with clearly and logically analyzed results.

Jurnal Kommunity Online is a peer-reviewed journal on community development. This journal is published by Program Studi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in collaboration with P2MI (Perkumpulan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam) and APSI (Asosiasi Pembangunan Sosial Indonesia). The aim of this journal is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community development. It contains various activities of the community development in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society.
Jurnal Kommunity Online was accredited SINTA 4 by Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic Indonesia based on Decree 0110/C3/DT.05.00/2026. This journal has been published twice a year in June and December. Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of community development around the world to submit scholarly articles to be published in this journal. All articles will be reviewed by experts before accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.

CAPACITY: Capacity Building & Human Resource Development Journal merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
Jurnal ini menjadi wadah akademik bagi pengembangan gagasan, hasil penelitian, dan praktik terbaik dalam bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia (human resource development) dan capacity building yang bersifat multidisipliner. Ruang lingkup kajian mencakup berbagai disiplin ilmu, antara lain ilmu keislaman, pendidikan, humaniora, ilmu sosial dan politik, hukum dan syariah, dakwah dan komunikasi, ekonomi dan bisnis, psikologi, sains dan teknologi, serta kesehatan dan kedokteran.
CAPACITY memfokuskan kajiannya pada pengembangan SDM di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, pemerintahan, dunia usaha dan industri, organisasi sosial-keagamaan, sektor kesehatan, serta masyarakat luas. Jurnal ini hadir sebagai respons akademik terhadap kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang adaptif, profesional, berintegritas, dan berdaya saing global di tengah dinamika perubahan sosial, kelembagaan, teknologi, dan transformasi digital.
Dengan mendorong integrasi antara kajian teoritis, riset empiris, dan praktik pengembangan kapasitas, CAPACITY memperkaya perspektif pengembangan SDM melalui pendekatan keilmuan modern yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang kontekstual dan transformatif. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dipahami tidak semata sebagai peningkatan kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga sebagai proses pembentukan manusia yang beretika, berkeadaban, sehat secara fisik dan mental, serta bertanggung jawab secara sosial.
