Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam tingkat pelayanan untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan, Pembinaan karyawan dilakukan melalui seminar. Seminar yang dilakukan berupa presentasi aplikasi dan memberikan hardcopy manual book. Pelaksanaan yang telah diterapkan ini masih kurang karena belum ada suatu aplikasi online yang membantu fasilitator untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta. Oleh karena itu peneliti membangun aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu aplikasi pelatihan online berbasis website. Untuk metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang dimodelkan dengan tools Unified Modelling Language (UML). Menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai Relational Database Management System. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu aplikasi pelatihan yang dapat membantu Kementerian Kesehatan khususnya Pusat Data dan Informasi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan.
