Accreditation Certificate Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024

Regulatory Basis

Journal accreditation in Indonesia is now governed by Regulation of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 9 of 2026 on the Accreditation of Scientific Journals, with technical guidelines in Decree of the Director General of Science and Technology No. 374/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026. Under the transitional provision of the regulation, accreditation ranks issued before it came into force remain valid until the end of their validity period. AISM's SINTA 2 rank therefore remains valid as stated above.

In line with the regulation, AISM displays its accreditation rank, decree number and date, and end of validity on this page, and will apply for re-accreditation no later than six months before the current accreditation expires.

What Accreditation Means for Authors

Articles published in AISM within the validity period above are recognized as publications in a SINTA 2 accredited national journal. The rank and validity period are also recorded in SINTA, the Indonesian science and technology index.
