Manuscripts submitted starting on June 1, 2025 will be charged according to the following fee policy. Authors are advised to review the fee information carefully before submitting their manuscript.

Article Publishing Fee

This fee applies to accepted manuscripts and supports the publication management process.
Article Proofreading Fee

The proofreading fee is determined after the proofreading process is completed.
Payment Policy: Fees are paid only after the manuscript is declared accepted for publication. Authors are not required to make any payment during the initial submission stage.
