Pengujian Kebergunaan Sistem Berdasarkan Kepuasan Penggunanya Menggunakan Use Questionnaire

Penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) tidak dapat dihindari telah menjadi bagian penting untuk mendukung kesuksesan bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan sistem Commuter Vending oleh perusahaan kereta api di Indonesia berdasarkan kegunaan sistem. Tujuan penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai kelayakan dari aplikasi commuter vending dengan menggunakan bantuan use questionnaire. Peneliti menggunakan alat kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data pengalaman pengguna dari implementasi sistem. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kelayakan kegunaan sistem di sekitar 75,92%. Selain itu, ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kemudahan belajar terhadap variabel kepuasan yang dilakukan secara impartial. Terlihat nilai rata-rata terendah adalah dari variabel Ease of Learning sebesar 15,93 dan nilai rata-rata variabel tertinggi terletak pada Ease of Use sebesar 40,45 disebabkan oleh pengalaman responden dalam merasakan kemudahan saat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut
