Where available, users should include the article's Digital Object Identifier (DOI) or permanent URL to facilitate accurate identification and retrieval.

Certain content incorporated into an article, including photographs, illustrations, archival reproductions, maps, figures, or other third-party materials, may be subject to separate licensing conditions.
Unless explicitly included under the article's Creative Commons license, such materials must not automatically be assumed to be available for unrestricted reuse.
Users are responsible for reviewing relevant credit lines, permission notices, and source acknowledgments before reproducing third-party content.
Where additional authorization is required, users must obtain permission from the appropriate rights holder.
The Creative Commons license does not override applicable privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal protections that may affect particular uses.
SECTION 05 • LICENSE TRANSPARENCY
5. License Identification and Interpretation
The journal's licensing information should be clearly identifiable in its published article files and accompanying online publication records.
Readers should consult the license notice associated with the relevant article, particularly when reusing material from earlier publication years or content containing separate licensing conditions.
The CC BY-SA 4.0 license is not a certification of the scholarly accuracy, ethical suitability, or legal validity of subsequent adaptations.
Redistribution or adaptation must not misrepresent the original research or imply institutional endorsement of conclusions introduced by another party.
For questions concerning the interpretation of permitted uses, the official Creative Commons license terms provide the authoritative reference.

6. License Terms and Related Journal Policies
This License Statement concerns the permissions and obligations associated with the reuse of published scholarly material.
Matters relating to copyright ownership, publication rights, and the journal's general commitment to open access are addressed separately in the relevant journal policies.
