About the Journal

ELEMENTAR : Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar is an academic, open access, and peer-reviewed journal focusing on critical studies of elementary education, including learning dynamics in elementary schools and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary schools), as well as the development of teaching and learning practices.

The journal is published by the Department of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in collaboration with the Indonesian Islamic Elementary Education Lecturers Association (Perkumpulan Dosen PGMI Indonesia). It is published twice a year (June and December).

ELEMENTAR has been a Crossref Member since 2021; therefore, all published articles receive a unique DOI. Please read the author guidelines carefully. Manuscripts that do not follow the required format may be rejected by the editors prior to review.
