The copyright of all articles published in AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah is retained by the respective authors. By publishing with this journal, authors grant AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah the non-exclusive right of first publication. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

This license permits others to copy, distribute, display, perform, and adapt the published work, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the initial publication in AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah is acknowledged, a link to the license is provided, and any adaptations or derivative works are distributed under the same license.

Authors who publish with AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Retention and First Publication Rights

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting and publishing their work in AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication. 2. Additional Distribution and Publishing Agreements

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of their work, provided that such arrangements do not conflict with the publication rights granted to AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah.

For example, authors may deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, or republish their work in a book or other scholarly publication, provided that the original publication in AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah is properly acknowledged and the applicable licensing terms are respected.

3. Online Dissemination and Self-Archiving

Such dissemination may promote scholarly communication, facilitate academic discussion, increase the visibility of research findings, and contribute to earlier and wider citation of published works.

Authors must ensure that any version shared online appropriately identifies AHKAM: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah as the original place of publication once the article has been published.
