Abstract
This study developed and evaluated a project-based learning (PjBL) module for Grade 5 Indonesian language lessons on the intrinsic elements of literary texts. Following the ADDIE model, the study combined expert validation, limited practicality testing, and a one-group pretest-posttest field trial. Three experts assessed content, language, and media; six teachers and six students joined the limited trial; and 33 students at SDN 3 Karang Anyar, Bandar Lampung, completed the field implementation. Data were collected through validation sheets, observations, questionnaires, interviews, and creativity tests. Aiken’s V coefficients were .765 for content, .776 for language, and .938 for media. Practicality scores were 88% from teachers and 85% from students. Mean creativity scores increased from 37.73 to 88.11, with a normalized gain of .81. The findings provide preliminary evidence that the module is usable and can support creative responses to literary texts, although the single-group design does not permit a causal inference.
