Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License, which allows others to share the work with acknowledgement of the authorship and initial publication in this journal.

b NON-EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION
