Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed. The Journal of Legal Research uses a plagiarism checker to screen articles for plagiarism. It utilizes detection of overlapping and similar text, so quotes and citations should be used as needed. For checking plagiarism, the Journal of Legal Research editors will use Turnitin to screen submissions. Suppose a plagiarism indication is found (above 30%). In that case, the editorial board will reject the manuscript immediately. If the percentage is around 20% or less than 30%, the editor will ask the author to revise (in the initial revision stage) to reduce the rate to a maximum of 10%.
