COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT

Copyright Transfer and Author Rights

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, authors are required to transfer the copyright to the Journal in accordance with the Journal’s copyright policy. This transfer grants the Journal the necessary rights to publish, distribute, and disseminate the accepted work while protecting it against plagiarism, unauthorized reproduction, and other forms of improper use. It also enables the Journal to manage reprint requests and facilitate the dissemination of published articles through document delivery services, electronic journal databases, and online publishing platforms.

Authors retain their moral rights to their articles, including the right to be identified as the original authors whenever and wherever their work is cited, reproduced, or published. The copyright transfer does not prevent authors from reprinting, republishing, or incorporating their work into other publications, provided that they obtain prior written permission from the Editor-in-Chief or the authorized editorial representative and appropriately acknowledge the Journal as the original source of publication.

By completing and signing the Author Declaration and Copyright Transfer Form, authors confirm that the submitted manuscript represents their original work; has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere; and properly acknowledges all sources cited, quoted, or paraphrased in the manuscript, including those appearing in the text, tables, figures, and algorithms. Authors must also ensure that any third-party material included in the manuscript has been used with the necessary permissions. Furthermore, authors declare, to the best of their knowledge, that the manuscript does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise legally actionable material and complies with applicable ethical standards for scholarly publishing.
