Britshy Rosanadya Huka S.Pd.,M.Pd, recently completed a master's degree in English Education and is keenly interested in adopting ICT tools to enhance language learning.
Basikin currently works at the Department of English Language Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. He earned his M.ED and Ph.D from Monash University, Australia. He also got a Master's of Philosophy (M.Phil) from Leiden University, the Netherlands. Basikin does research in Teacher Professional Development and Education. He has been working on teacher motivation and intention regarding their professional development. His current project is 'Developing Teacher Autonomy Scale' and 'Developing a Model of Professional Development Program that Enhances Teachers' Sense of Autonomy'.
