Jurnal Ekonomi

ETIKONOMI is an international scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in cooperation with The Indonesian Association of Islamic Economists (IAEI) . The journal focuses on research concerning economics in developing countries and provides an international platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality economic research.

Etikonomi is accredited Tier 1 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology through Decree No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026 , dated January 2, 2026. The accreditation is valid from Volume 24(1), 2025 through Volume 28(2), 2029 . This accreditation renews Certificate No. 158/E/KPT/2021 .

About the Journal

 

Etikonomi publishes scholarly research addressing contemporary economic issues, with particular emphasis on developing countries. The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented studies that contribute to the advancement of economics and provide meaningful implications for academics, policymakers, institutions, and society.

Etikonomi is published twice a year, in April and October . Since 2016, articles published by the journal have been presented in English to strengthen international scholarly communication and expand the global visibility of its research.

Etikonomi has been a Crossref Member since 2015. Accordingly, articles published in Etikonomi are registered with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Indexing & Abstracting

 

Etikonomi is discoverable through a range of national and international scholarly databases and indexing services. Beginning with Volume 16(1), 2017, Etikonomi was selected for coverage in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) .
