ETIKONOMI is an international journal published by Faculty of Economic and Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in cooperation with The Indonesian Association of Islamic Economist (IAEI). This journal focusing on Research about Economics in Developing Countries. ETIKONOMI is published twice a year (April and October), and it aims to disseminate Economics research conducted by researchers. Papers published by ETIKONOMI have been using English since 2016.

Etikonomi has become a CrossRef Member since year 2015. Therefore, all articles published by Etikonomi will have unique DOI number

Etikonomi had accredited Tier 1 by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology No. 158/E/KPT/2021 on December 9, 2021, Valid from Vol. 20(1), 2021 until Vol. 24(2), 2025 (Renewal of Accreditation No. 51/E/KPT/2017 on December 4, 2017 (Amendment of No. 48a/KPT/2017 on October 30, 2017).

Etikonomi indexed by Emerging Sources of Citation Index, CrossRef, Dimensions, Sinta (S1), Goggle Scholar, Garuda-Dikti, Moraref, Indonesia One Search, ISJD LIPI, ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), etc.

Etikonomi has been selected for coverage in Clarivate Analytics. Beginning with Vol. 16(1) 2017, Etikonomi will be indexed and abstracted in Emerging Sources Citation Index.
