Abstract

Research Originality: This study develops an integrated developmental-capability model that explains how Human Resource (HR) analytics drives organizational renewal through learning mechanisms and an analytical culture.

Research Objectives: It examines the effects of HR Analytics Capability and Insight-Driven Performance Management on Knowledge Sharing and Learning Orientation, while assessing Analytical Culture as a direct predictor and moderator.

Research Method: A cross-sectional survey of 320 managers from Indonesian tourism and creative economy organizations was analyzed using PLS-SEM.

Empirical Results: Knowledge Sharing emerged as the strongest predictor of Organizational Renewal, while HR Analytics Capability most strongly enhanced Learning Orientation. Analytical Culture strengthened the links between analytics-related capabilities and both developmental mechanisms. Knowledge Sharing and Learning Orientation also significantly transmitted the effects of HR Analytics Capability and Insight-Driven Performance Management into Organizational Renewal.

Implications: Organizations should institutionalize knowledge sharing, embed analytics in managerial reflection, strengthen continuous learning, and promote evidence-based decision norms.
