Retraction
Agribusiness Journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. A published article may be retracted if there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable due to research misconduct, honest error, or violations of publication ethics.
Retraction may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Plagiarism or copyright infringement;
- Data fabrication or data falsification;
- Duplicate or redundant publication;
- Serious errors that invalidate the research findings or conclusions;
- Unethical research practices;
- Manipulation of the peer review or editorial process; or
- Other forms of publication misconduct.
The decision to retract an article is made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Board. When appropriate, the author(s) and their affiliated institution may be informed during the investigation.
A retracted article will remain available on the journal website to preserve the scholarly record. However, it will be clearly marked as "Retracted", and a retraction notice explaining the reason for the retraction will be published and linked to the original article.
If a published article contains errors that do not compromise the validity of the research findings or violate publication ethics, the Editorial Board may publish a correction or other editorial notice instead of retracting the article.
Agribusiness Journal follows the principles of publication ethics recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure transparency, accountability, and the integrity of the scholarly record.
