License Statement

Jurnal Kimia VALENSI, published by the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, applies the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) to its published scholarly articles, except where specific third-party materials are expressly identified as having different rights.

This license enables the dissemination, reproduction, distribution, and adaptation of published research for lawful purposes, including commercial use, while requiring appropriate attribution and compliance with ShareAlike conditions.

Authors retain copyright in their original work and grant Jurnal Kimia VALENSI the non-exclusive right of first publication, as described in the journal's Copyright Notice.

3. Author Rights and Copyright

Authors retain copyright ownership of their original scholarly work. Publication in Jurnal Kimia VALENSI does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership to the journal.

Authors grant the journal the right of first publication and retain the right to distribute their work through additional non-exclusive arrangements, including institutional repositories, personal websites, and other scholarly dissemination channels.

Any subsequent distribution should acknowledge the original publication in Jurnal Kimia VALENSI and comply with the applicable license.

4. Third-Party Content and Other Rights

The CC BY-SA 4.0 license applies only to materials that the relevant rights holders are legally entitled to license.

Previously published scientific illustrations, spectra, chromatograms, photographs, figures, tables, and other copyright-protected materials must be appropriately credited. Where required, permission must be obtained before their inclusion.

The license does not override privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, moral rights, patent rights, or other independent legal requirements.
