About the Journal

This peer reviewed journal by Fakultas Syari'ah dan Hukum UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The journal is aimed at spreading the research results conducted by academicians, researchers, and practitioners in the field of law and human rights.

 

In particular, the journal invites papers that address the following general topics: legal issues, human rights protection, and minority studies, with a particular emphasis on in-depth comparative analysis across legal systems and jurisdictions in a global context. The journal is published biannually, with issues released in June (first edition) and December (second edition).
