By paying this fee, reviews, editorial decisions, and author notifications for this manuscript are guaranteed to be processed within 4 weeks.

Publication Fees

If your article is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover the costs of publication.

Waiver Policy

If you do not have sufficient funds to pay the fee, you still have the opportunity to be exempted from any charges. However, as a condition, the author must submit work of high quality and worthy of publication.
