ALGORITMA: Journal of Mathematics Education is a peer-reviewed open-access journal in the field of mathematics education. This journal is published by the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in partnership with Indonesian Mathematics Educators Society (I-MES).

Starting from 2019, AJME is published twice a year (biannual). It serves lecturers, researchers, university students, and mathematics school teachers to publish research reports or invited literature review articles in mathematics education. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by experts prior to publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of their published articles.

Accreditation

Based on Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Decree No. 164/E/KPT/2021, regarding the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journal Period II of 2021, dated Dec 27, 2021, which states that ALGORITMA Journal of Mathematics Education, has rank 4th (SINTA 4) started from Vol. 1 No. 1 of 2019 until Vol. 5 No. 2 of 2023 (IN REACCREDITATION)

Dear Authors, Reviewers and Readers, 

We are pleased to announce that ALGORITMA Journal of Mathematics Education has been successfully migrated to Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3 platform as of October 2025. This is result in changes to the publication history and dates, include review, editing, and even publication for each article. However, this upgrade brings enhanced security, a more user-friendly interface, and better accessibility for authors, reviewers, and readers.
