VERSTEHEN: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF QUR’ANIC EXEGESIS is a biannual, bilingual, peer-reviewed journal that aims to encourage and promote the study of the Qur’an from a wide range of scholarly perspectives, reflecting the diversity of approaches characteristic of this field of scholarship. Written in both English and in Arabic, the journal bridges the gap between the two traditions of Muslim and Western scholarship, and also in Nusantara tradition.
