Implementasi Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Tahsinul Khat dalam Memperbaiki Tulisan Arab Mahasiswa PGMI Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia

Abstract


Takhsinul khat is the art of writing beautiful Arabic letters which is important for prospective Arabic teachers to learn. This research aims to describe and explain the implementation of tahsinul khat learning in improving Arabic writing for students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) Tarbiyah Faculty, Al-Zaytun Indonesia Islamic Institute. This research's research data collection technique is qualitative with a case study strategy.  Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. The data validity development technique uses source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the tahsinul khat course can improve the Arabic writing of PGMI students at the Al-Zaytun Indonesian Islamic Institute. Obstacles in learning include lack of facilities, reference books and lecture meeting hours. The efforts made by the teachers are planning to provide facilities such as a special tahsinul khat room equipped with tables and chairs as well as stationery, providing reference books, and holding khat student groups as a place for tahsinul khat training outside of lecture hours.Keywords: Implementation; Learning; Tahsinul Khat

 

Abstrak

Takhsinul khat merupakan seni menulis huruf indah bahasa Arab yang penting dipelajari oleh calon guru bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahsinul khat dalam memperbaiki tulisan Arab mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) Fakultas Tarbiyah Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik pengembangan validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata kuliah tahsinul khat dapat memperbaiki tulisan arab mahasiswa PGMI Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia. Kendala dalam pembelajaran tersebut yakni, kurangnya fasilitas, buku rujukan, dan jam pertemuan perkuliahan. Adapaun upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengajar adalah merencanakan pengadaan fasilitas seperti ruang khusus tahsinul khat yang dilengkapi dengan meja dan kusi serta alat tulis, pengadaan buku rujukan, dan diadakannya kelompok pelajar khat sebagai tempat pelatihan tahsinul khat di luar jam perkuliahan.
