Author Guidelines

Submission Criteria for IU Journal

1. The paper must be scientific and focused on reviews of related problems in Islamic studies.
2. It must be original and based on research with contributive literature review for the development of Islamic studies.
3. Articles should be in English, original, research-based, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
4. Required structure: title, author's name, institution, email, abstract, keywords, content, references.
5. Title must be clear, precise (max 20 words), without academic titles.
6. Formatting: MS Word, Times New Roman 12pt, single spaced, A4 paper (8,000-10,000 words).
7. Abstract requirements:
   • Research papers: 150-200 words including title, purpose, method, findings
   • Non-research papers: title, purpose, discussion
8. Include 3-5 keywords.
9. References must use Turabian Style (endnotes and bibliography).
10. Papers will be reviewed and edited without changing substantial content.
