Focus and Scope
AL-ZAHRA (ON LINE ISSN 2502-8871) is an international journal published by the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah (FDI) Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University of Jakarta, INDONESIA
FOCUS
The focus is to provide readers with a better understanding of Islamic Studies and Arabic in the Muslim community and present developments through the publication of articles and research reports.
SCOPE
AL-ZAHRA specializes in Islamic Studies and Arabic in the Muslim community and is intended to communicate original researches and current issues on the subject. This journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars of related disciplines.

Peer Review Process
AL-ZAHRA, published two times a year since 2002 (June and December), is an international language (Arabic), peer-reviewed journal, and specializes in Islamic studies and Arabic Language Studies. All submitted papers are subject to double-blind review process. Click here to get the information about author guidelines.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publication Fee
Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are NOT required to pay an Article Submission Fee.
Article Processing Charges (APCs) / Article Publication Fee: 500,000 (IDR) for local author and 50 (USD) for international author.
This journal charges an article publication fee to support the cost of wide dissemination of research results, managing the various costs associated with handling and editing of submitted manuscripts, and general journal management and publication. Authors or their institutions are requested to pay a publication fee for each accepted article. The fee covers:
- Publishing the manuscript.
- DOI registration for each article.
- Checking article similarity with Turnitin; the final result will be sent to the authors.
Additional fees for services such as translation and proofreading will be communicated to the authors separately.
