Abstract

This study aims to explore social, cultural, and systemic factors contributing to bullying among students. The introduction explains that bullying is not merely an individual issue but resultsfrom interactions between peer groups, school culture, and socio-economic inequality. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that peer pressure, normalization of violence in school culture, academic competition, and social media influence reinforce bullying practices. The discussion highlights the importance of holistic approaches to prevention, including teacher training, character education, and school policy reform. The conclusion asserts that bullying is a multidimensional phenomenon requiring systemic interventions involving schools, families, and communities.
