Meningkatkan Kemampuan Afektif Siswa dengan Model Pembelajaran Learning Syrcel dalam Pendidikan Non Formal

Abstract


This study aims to enhance students' affective abilities through the implementation of the Learning Syrcel model in the context of non-formal education. The Learning Syrcel method, which emphasizes collaboration and group discussion, is expected to encourage students to actively participate and develop a positive attitude toward learning. The research was conducted in Cikawung Village, Sukamanah, Rongga District, West Bandung Regency involving 32 students from Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah education . Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews, and were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicate that the application of the Learning Syrcel model effectively improves students' affective abilities, as evidenced by increased participation, motivation, and positive attitudes in the learning process. Additionally, students showed improvements in communication skills and teamwork within groups. This study concludes that the Learning Syrcel model is effective in enhancing students' affective abilities in non-formal education and provides recommendations for broader application in various learning contexts.
