Praktek Keseharian: Teori Habitus dalam Everyday Life di Pasar Ciputat Tahun 2000-2024
Abstract
This research aims to analyze Daily Practices: Habitus Theory in the Daily Life of Market Actors in Ciputat Market (Case Study Year 2000-2024). Ciputat Market is one of the traditional markets located in Ciputat, South Tangerang, Banten since the 1930s. To achieve this goal, the author uses the historical approach research method, which is in the form of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography as well as interviews. The results show that the daily practices in Ciputat Market reflect not only economic transactions, but also a complex and integrated social fabric. The habitus of these market actors does not only follow individual behavior patterns, but is also shaped by social dynamics, local culture, and values embraced in the market community. The conclusion is that by understanding the influence of the habitus of Ciputat Market actors, we can more deeply understand the dynamics of traditional markets and their important role in the economic and social life of the local community.
