Implementasi Teori Motivasi Frederick Herzberg Dalam Sebuah Organisasi
Abstract
Membangun sebuah organisasi diperlukan teori motivasi yang baik guna membangun budaya bekerja para anggotanya. Dalam hal ini teori Herzberg dapat menjadi representatif karena teori ini ditujukan kepada orang-orang di tempat kerja. Dia menanyakan orang-orang yang berada dalam organisasi yang berbeda dalam pekerjaan yang berbeda, dan pada level yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif empiris dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ditemukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan ekstrem dan kepuasan ekstrem dengan pekerjaan, lingkungan dan tempat kerja disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi dalam bekerja.
