Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dalam Sebuah Organisasi Kependidikan

Abstract


Seorang pemimpin merupakan seseorang yang mengarahkan, mengawasi dan membimbing anggotanya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Sedang kunci kepemimpinan transformasional yaitu dengan melakukan peningkatan partisipasi anggota dalam nilai hasil dan cara mendapatkannya, memotivasi dan menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan organisasi adalah penting dan mampu mengaktualisasikan diri mereka untuk dapatkan potensi seseorang yang terbaik. Penelitian ini dilakukan denga pendekatan normative empiris, dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa diperlukan penerapan Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam membangun organisasi kependidikan. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan membangun solidaritas organisasi dan membangun loyalitas organisasi dengan mengedepankan aspek keikhlasan dan kesukarelaan pemimpin dan anggotanya.
