Author Guidelines

  1. The article submitted is the result of research, conceptual ideas, scientific development in a particular field, and a study of the application of theory. Articles should be original, research-based, unpublished, and not reviewed for possible publication in other journals.
  2. Written in Indonesian or English
  3. Manuscripts are typed with Microsoft Word.
  4. Type the body paragraph of the manuscript with Times New Roman font, single-spaced (space 1) on A4 size paper with a margin of 3.5 cm from the left edge and 3 cm from the right, top, and bottom edges.
  5. All submissions must include a 250 word abstract and five keywords
  6. Written 5000 to 7000 words or a maximum of 20 pages (including References)
  7. The article contains the title, author's name, affiliation (department, faculty, university/or institution), and the associated author's email.
  8. Articles must use APA style 6th edition and are expected to use a reference manager such as Mendeley, Zotero, etc.
  9. Footnotes are included for a content explanation but should not be used for reference citations.
  10. Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Do Self-Check using Turnitin or Ithencate before submitting the article, with a value below 20%.
  11. All submitted papers are subject to the review of the editors, editorial board, and blind reviewers. Submissions that violate our guidelines on formatting or length will be rejected without review.
  12. Articles must include Title, Abstract (Indonesian or English), Introduction Keywords, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
  • Information of article:  Title: Specific and reflect the essence of the article, written in a maximum of 15 words; Author(s) name: Fully writen without any title; Institution: is completely stated, including the study program and the institution name; Corresponding author : includes name & email address
  • Abstract:  written in italic English and Indonesia with a maximum of 250 words. The abstract should be a single paragraph that briefly describes the purpose of the study, method(s), results and discussion, conclusion, and significance of the study. The abstract is clearly described as the core of the study.
  • Keyword: written immediately after the abstract, provide 3 to 5 keywords (words or phrases) chosen to reflect the article’s concept and help access searches online. The keywords should be written in alphabetical order.
  • Introduction: written between 675-900 words. The introduction provides the background of the study and provides significance of the study. A brief description of the theory used in this research should be explained in this section. The previous Research contains the gap analysis and the author’s position in this study. It must also state the art and point out the research questions. In this part, the author(s) should use references (quotations) to support the argumentation
  • Methods:  written between 450-600 words. In this section Author(s) must mention the method and the approach used in this study. It should explain research procedures, study design, data collection, and data analysis.
  • Results and Discussion: written between 3150 – 4200 words. This section shows the results of the study and deep analysis or discussion, which answer the research questions. Also, the author(s) must discuss the findings by strengthening the reason with supporting details taken from any references such as scientific journals, books, and other reliable sources.
  • Conclusion: written about 225-300 word. Concluding paragraph and provides the implication, limitation, and suggestion for further study.
  • References: he references used in the article are authoritative, up-to-date and support the research result. Sixty percent (60%) of the references should be taken from the journal article. Its is suggested the use of reference manager, MENDELEY and ZOTERO.

  • Tables and Figures: Tables and figures in the article are numbered consecutively using Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, so on) and written with the caption and source of the figure and table. The tables and figures included are tables and figures that are needed to support the research results. The table captions are above the table, while the figure captions are below the figure.

 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
