PLAGIARISM POLICY

Manuscripts submitted to Droit Islamique Journal must be original works and free from any form of plagiarism. The maximum allowable text similarity index is 20%.

To uphold academic integrity, all submitted manuscripts will be screened for similarity using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts exceeding the permitted similarity threshold will be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to the next stage of the review process.

Authors must also confirm that their manuscripts have not been previously published in any other journal and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Originality, novelty, and significant scholarly contribution are fundamental requirements for publication in Droit Islamique Journal.
