PERBANDINGAN TRAFIK TCP DAN UDP PADA PC-BASED VIDEO CONFERENCE BERBASIS INTERNET PROTOCOL

Abstract


Video conferencing over Internet protocol as a video audio communication across IP Network, whose done both of personal and group as real time. These scenario done as PC-Based Video Conference. It will be implemented into the Wide Area Network (WAN) used point to point protocol (PPP) and H.323 protocol to deliver a packet communication system. To create communication between client and server used server MCU software based on open source and freeware. The basic concern to seek the characteristic and performance parameters is measure of TCP and UDP traffic across the system by using TCP and UDP assessment packets around 1 up to 2 Mbits. The result discussed at the monitoring process for 3 factors, are packet loss, bandwidth and delay. The result show that increase the client and the assessment will increase the 3 concern factors.
