Abstract

Abstract. Social media is no stranger to this age. Almost all levels of society know and use it. The massive use of social media today certainly has a good impact on technological progress. However, on the other hand, it causes new problems in the contemporary world. In the end, the question arises; how can social media continue to have a good impact, without causing these contemporary problems? If you look at it from the perspective of Islam, the question of all these problems has actually been answered. The Qur'an has provided guidance to mankind on this problem for 1387 years ago. Arranged in such a way that humanity remains at its limits, even in the contemporary world, by adhering to the Qur'an. So that humanity, especially Muslims, know how to respond to social media that is good and remains at its limits.
