Organizing forest farmers in forest boundary delimitation in Indonesia is very important for sustainable forest resource management. Organizing forest farmers increases community participation in maintaining forest sustainability. This process aims to provide legal certainty regarding forest area boundaries, reduce agrarian conflicts, and protect the rights of local communities that depend on forests. The aim of this study is to encourage active participation in land management, increasing their capacity in forest boundary delimitation, and strengthening the position of communities in obtaining fairer and more sustainable management rights. This study uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and interview data collection techniques, as well as digital mapping technology avenza maps and Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) to measure and map land boundaries accurately. Despite facing challenges such as limited participation and coordination, the results show that organizing forest farmers can reduce land disputes and improve forest management. The results of organizing forest farmers include 50 maps of fields for each farmer's allocation. This process not only aims to provide legal certainty regarding forest area boundaries, reduce agrarian conflicts, and protect the rights of local communities that depend on forests, but also supports the welfare of local communities through increasing access to legal cultivated land, strengthening capacity in sustainable forest management.
