Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penggajian PT. Mustika Abadi Sentosa

Abstract

PT. Mustika Abadi Sentosa is a company engaged in contractor. Due to the demands of needs, PT. Mustika Abadi Sentosa does development the payroll information system to generate information more quickly and accurately. The method used is a structured development method by using the steps of the systems development life cycle (SDLC). The system used Microsoft Visual Basic version 6.0 as a programming language, Microsoft Access 2003 as database and Crystal Report 8.5 for the report presentation. The payroll information system of PT. Mustika Abadi Sentosa can be used to process employee absences. Attendance process is using a Barcode Reader/ Barcode Scanner. Recapitulation absences can immediately known when the employee did miss out. In addition, the system can also be used to process employee payroll calculations based on basic salary (daily basis), overtime (overtime), allowance, family allowance, money policy (bonus), discounted 10% tax (PPh 21), saving discount and others (such loan or cash receipt).
