Pemilihan Jaringan Akses Telekomunikasi Menggunakan Metode MCDM (Multi Criterias Decision Making) (Studi Kasus : PT Sinar Galaxy Surabaya)

Abstract

Multimedia services is needed nowadays by many people, TELKOM as one of telecommunication services and networks providers considering try to fulfiil customer’s need about multimedia services. This research is about choosing the  access network of telecommunication that can deliver multimedia services in a good way at PT Sinar Galaxy Surabaya Residence. The architechture of access networks that consider to build are HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial), ADSL (Asyymetric Digital Subsrciber Line) and FTTH (Fiber To The Home). The method that will be used to analyse this is MCDM (Multi Criterias Decision Making) with AHP and TOPSIS as tools for analyse the data. AHP used to look for the weight of each criterias/sub criterias, while TOPSIS to decide which access network will be used. From data analyse, HFC is the most acces network that suitable at this area (PT Sinar Galaxy Surabaya Residence.
