Kontribusi Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Kinerja Pengguna Studi Kasus : Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) Universitas Mercu Buana
Abstract
The development of information technology (IT) has provided various facilities for the management in managing the business and decision making. Supported information system IT provide added value to the organization if it is designed to be an effective information system, information system, indicating that the system successfully. In this study the author will conduct a research on the contribution of IT to the satisfaction and employee performance improvement at the University of Mercu Buana with case studies is the University Academic Information System Mercu Buana. There are several factors that will measure the quality of information (information quality), Quality Systems (system quality), and Quality of Service (service quality) that will affect customer satisfaction and internal performance. To find satisfaction and performance of these qualities will be measured by using SEM, and the software used was AMOS 7.0.
