Rancang Bangun Sistem Arsip Akreditasi (Studi Kasus: Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta)

Abstract

Accreditation programs of undergraduate study is an assessment of the quality of a course of study in the University. Accreditation assessment was conducted by the National Accreditation Board (BAN PT), where BAN PT is the only institution that is recognized by the government to carry out accreditation. Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is one of the great faculty among several faculties in the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, where undergraduate study program accreditation is the most important educational support, data are used as criteria: the vision, mission, goals, governance, student records, human resources, curriculum, teaching, infrastructure, research and others. The amount of data that serve as the criteria for assessment and accreditation continuously repeated every few years is one of the problems faced by the faculty of science and technology in the data storage such accreditation. The absence of records management systems to support the accreditation of the Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, it will have a huge opportunity to be lost, damaged archive accreditation when needed, and also a long search process in finding an archive data when necessary accreditation. Hence the need for good records management accreditation within the faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The system is built with a RAD system development methods with UML notation. The system uses the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database.
