Abstract

Bank Muamalat is a financial institution that provides credit and basic business services and payment of traffic circulation of money that operation tailored to the principles of Islamic Shari'a. With increasingly intense in the Islamic banking industry, it is a necessity for a product as a media fund intermediation. Many of the products are Savings, an Islamic investment services for people with easy and light requirements issued jointly by the banks in Indonesia to grow a culture of saving and improving the welfare of society. Muamalat Puri Indah Branch has had some system that is running. However, Bank Muamalat at Puri Indah has a savings account administration information system which is less good, because the monthly reporting process did not integrate in the system but the process of recording reports using Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. Among them, in making a report of customer data, customer data changes, the opening and closing accounts. As a result, many take time in process. Therefore, researchers design and build information systems administration Savings account for new customer and closed account that can help Muamalat Puri Indah Branch in preparing reports related to employee performance. In search needs, system development has done through data collection method with observation, interview by one of the customer service branch of Bank Muamalat Puri Indah West Jakarta and literature review of various sources of information. Systems development methods that researchers use the strategy of sequential waterfall (the waterfall strategy irregular) which consists of the onset of initiation systems, system analysis, system design, system implementation. Modeling tools used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system can provide a customer's data information in detail, providing accurate information in evaluating the results and reports can accessed for multiuser.
