Author Guidelines

ABSTRACT

Abstract include objectives, method, result and conclusion. Abstract is written with 10 pt size time new roman and single line spacing, should be no longer than 200 words. In the end of abstract, given keywords consist of 3-5 word or phrase.

Abstrak mencakup tujuan, metode, hasil dan kesimpulan. Abstrak ditulis dengan huruf time new roman berukuran 10 pt dan jarak antar baris 1 spasi, serta abstrak tidak boleh lebih dari 200 kata. Pada akhir abstrak diberikan kata kunci terdiri atas 3-5 kata atau frase kata.                                                                                                                               

INTRODUCTION

Manuscript is written with 12 pt size times new roman (except the abstract, table, table titles, figure titles, and equation use 11 pt size). Paper size of manuscript is A4, with 3.5 cm left margin, while right margin, top and bottom of each 3.0 cm. Manuscript pages maximum amount to 10 pages (excluding references), and the manuscript is saved in Word Document format (.doc)

INTRODUCTION contains background, reviews the results of relevant research, objectives, approach and problem solving. This section should be written without numbering or pointers.

Naskah ditulis dengan huruf Arial berukuran 12 pt (kecuali abstrak, tabel, judul tabel, judul gambar, dan persamaan yang berukuran 11 pt). Ukuran kertas naskah adalah A4, dengan margin kiri 3.5 cm, sedangkan margin kanan, atas dan bawah masing-masing 3 cm. Halaman naskah maksimal berjumlah 10 halaman, dan naskah disimpan dalam bentuk format Word Document (.doc).

PENDAHULUAN berisi latar belakang, review hasil-hasil penelitian yang relevan, tujuan, pendekatan dan pemecahan masalah. Bagian ini harus ditulis tanpa penomoran atau pointers.

  

METHOD

METHOD describes how research, analysis tools and data used. If the research is experimental research, it can contain materials, equipment, and method used. This section should detail and allow it to be reproducible by others. Writing format for section headings: Capitalize Each Word and Bold.

METODE menggambarkan cara penelitian, alat analisis dan data yang digunakan. Jika penelitian berupa experimental research, maka METODE dapat berisi bahan, alat, dan metode yang digunakan. Bagian ini harus detail dan memungkinkan untuk dapat dilakukan ulang oleh orang lain.

Format penulisan judul sub bab: setiap awal kata kapital dan ditebalkan.

RESULT AND DISCUSSION

RESULT should be clear and concise. It can be presented in the form of tables or figures. THE DISCUSSION should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. The discussion should associate the results with the hypothesis/objectives and accompanied the literature.

Writing Figures and Tables are described as follows: Figure and Table are written using a format centered. Each of figures and tables should be numbered and the title, and referred to in the manuscript. Number and title of the figure is placed below the figure, while the number and title of the table is placed on the table, as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Figure should be in a black-and-white format (black and white).

HASIL sebaiknya jelas dan ringkas, serta dapat disajikan dalam bentuk Tabel atau Gambar. PEMBAHASAN sebaiknya mengeksplorasi hasil penelitian yang signifikan, tetapi hindari penjelasan yang mengulang data. Pembahasan harus mengkaitkan hasil dengan hipotesis/tujuan dan disertai pustaka.

Penulisan Gambar dan Tabel dijelaskan sebagai berikut: Gambar dan Tabel dituliskan menggunakan format rata tengah. Setiap gambar dan tabel harus diberi nomor dan judul, serta diacu pada tulisan. Nomor dan judul gambar diletakkan di bawah gambar, sedangkan nomor dan judul tabel diletakkan di atas tabel, seperti terlihat pada Gambar 1 (Figure 1) dan Tabel 1 (Table 1). Gambar diusahakan dalam format hitam-putih (black and white).

CONCLUSION

A conclusion contains the main points of the manuscript. Conclusion should be clearly stated its implications for science and technology, or government policy.

Kesimpulan berisi poin utama naskah. Kesimpulan harus dinyatakan dengan jelas implikasinya bagi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, atau bagi kebijakan pemerintah.

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT (If any)

Recognize those who helped in the research, especially funding supporter of your research. Include individuals who have assisted you in your study: Advisors, Financial supporters, or may other supporter i.e. Proofreaders, Typists, and Suppliers who may have given materials.

 

REFERENCES

Every manuscript must include a list of references contain only the works cited. Each entry should contain all data necessary for unambiguous identification. With the author-date system, use the following format recommended by the Chicago Manual Styles (14th Ed.):

  1. Arrange citations in alphabetical order according to the surname of the author or the name of the institution responsible for the citation.
  2. Use author’s initials instead of proper names.
  3. In listing more than one name in references (Molyneux, P., and J. Thornton,….) there should always be a comma before “and.”
  4. Dates of publication should be placed immediately after the authors’ names.
  5. Titles of journal should not be abbreviated.
  6. Multiple works by the same author(s) should be listed in chronological order of publication. Two or more works by the same author(s) in the same year distinguished be letters after the date.

Recommendations for references are:

  1. Authors are encouraged to have references mainly from primary source (at least 80% of the references), such as research articles in journal, proceedings, working paper, or dissertation.
  2. Authors are encouraged to have references that are up-to-date references (at least 80% references dated within the last 10 years).
  3. Authors should avoid excessively referencing your own work (self citation).
