REFLEKSI TRILOGI FILSAFAT: JILBAB DALAM PERSPEKTIF FILOSOFIS, AGAMIS, DAN SOSIO-KULTURAL

Abstract


Abstract. This study aimed to determine the existence of the veil in the study of ontology, epistemology and axiology of philosophy. Jilbab itself was a cover of female genitalia, which at first became an obligation now to regenerate in the realm of socio-cultural lifestyle discourse. The philosophical was meaning of the veil, that women must cover their bodies from men who are not Muslim. Even this divined law emphasizes in the Qur'an, the hadith and the fatwas of scholars. Later, there was also an Islamic variant in the name of fanaticism of the secretary and feminist figures from the world who began arguing about the hijab as if they were critics of postmodernism. This phenomenon was seen from the perspective of the philosophical trilogy about the nature, origin and values that indicate the product in the form of the veil. The method of collecting data used library research, by searching, reading, studying, researching and dissecting the supporting references of this work.

 

Abstrak. Penelitian1ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan jilbab sebagai refleksi ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi filsafat. Jilbab sendiri merupakan penutup aurat perempuan, yang pada awalnya menjadi kewajiban kini beregenerasi dalam ranah diskursus gaya hidup sosio kultural. Makna filosofis jilbab, bahwa perempuan harus menutup tubuhnya dari laki-laki yang bukan muhrim. Bahkan hukum ilahi ini mempertegas dalam al-Qur’an, hadits maupun fatwa-fatwa ulama’. Belakangan, hadir juga varian islam yang mengatasnamakan fanatisme sektenya serta mulai muncul tokoh-tokoh feminisme dunia yang berargumen terkait hijab layaknya kritik terhadap postmodern. Fenomena tersebut dipandang dari sudut trilogi filsafat tentang hakikat, asal mula serta nilai yang menunjukkan produk berupa jilbab. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research), dengan mencari, membaca, menelaah, meneliti dan membedah referensi pendukung karya ini.
