The results of the reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient are in the range of .770 to .902 (α> .50). The actual data is tested for the validity of statement items using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using MPlus Ver processing software. 8.2. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis model testing using Mplus 7.0 software. It was found that the significance of emotional intelligence on the career decision making difficulties with a value of 0.944> 0.05. Career decision making self-efficacy with a significance of P-Value 0.000 <0.05. Career exploration with a significance of P-Value 0.141> 0.05. The results of the study show that career exploration testing has not been able to become a mediator between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy in career decision making towards the difficulties of career decision making.
