PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN DIGITAL SEBAGAI INSTRUMEN PENINGKATAN SMART PEOPLE DAN SMART LIVING DI WILAYAH PEDESAAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan keterampilan digital sebagai instrumen untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (smart people) dan kualitas hidup (smart living) di wilayah pedesaan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kesenjangan digital antara desa dan kota, yang berpotensi menghambat peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah pelatihan keterampilan digital mampu menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi multivariat untuk menguji hubungan antara keterampilan digital dengan peningkatan smart people dan smart living. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden dari lima desa yang terlibat dalam program pelatihan keterampilan digital. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa keterampilan digital berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (smart people), seperti literasi digital, fotografi, dan pemanfaatan Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi dan keseharian. Namun, pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup (smart living) lebih kecil, karena faktor lain seperti infrastruktur dan dukungan sosial turut memengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan teknologi, termasuk perbaikan infrastruktur dan dukungan lingkungan yang kondusif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih holistik untuk mendukung transformasi digital di wilayah pedesaan.
