Focus and Scope

Information Technology Development and Management (ITDM) spesifically focuses on publishing research articles on the application of Information Technology Developmet and management. In the context of the information technology development, it is indisputable that the contribution of applied research indirectly also becomes a foothold for developing the methodological (reporting experimental experience in the problem-solving process) or theoretical (presenting new concepts and techniques) issues, and vice versa. Following the focus of the Information Technology Development and Management (ITDM), its scope covers the application views of the development, implementation, evaluation, operation, management, policy, and strategy issues of Information Technology. Peer Review Process

Some policies in the review of Information Technology Development and Management (ITDM):

1. The Editorial Board will firstly review the submitted manuscripts based on the Focus and Scope and the similarity assessment following the Publication Ethics of the journal.

2. The reviewers will review the submitted article that follow the guidelines and template of the journal provided.

3. The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that the identity of the author and the reviewer are unknown to one another. The aim is to remove the possibility of bias based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, institution or previous accomplishments of the author. 

4. In the review process, the article will be reviewed by at least two reviewers to ensure the quality of the article.

5. In the review process, the reviewers ensure the quality of the articles of its title, abstract, discussion and conclusion. Besides, the reviewers also address the novelty and its contribution to the scientific discussion and verify the plagiarism and ethics of publication.

6. The reviewer also provide feedback on whether the article is accepted, rejected or need minor or major revision.

7. The final decision of manuscript acceptance shall be made by the Editorial Board according to reviewers critical comments.

It is hoped that the review process decision will be announced to the authors within around two months.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
