Artificial Intelligence and Law: Theoretical and Legal Features
Abstract
In the article, the authors consider the most pressing issues related to the classification of The article is concerned with a theoretical and legal study of the concept, characteristics, legal nature, spheres of application, and regulation of artificial intelligence. It examines approaches to defining the concept of AI and legal regulation within this field. The article concludes that AI law is a legal institution within the framework of information law. The issue of legal liability for the actions of AI is also studied. The authors also describe the specific use of AI in various fields with due regard to their unique characteristics. The potential benefits and risks associated with AI are highlighted.
