Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow the focus and scope and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must demonstrate scientific merit, originality, and relevance to legal studies. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection software prior to submission. The editorial team will also check similarity using Turnitin.
Each manuscript will be reviewed using a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the manuscript.
The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts is made by the Editors based on reviewers’ recommendations. The Editor-in-Chief determines the publication schedule by considering the date of acceptance, thematic relevance, and diversity of authors.
